1. Purpose of Service
These terms govern the use of the Firewonder TV website (https://firewondertv.us) as well as the provision of access plans and technical tutorials for player applications compatible with Firewonder TV.
2. Flexible Plans & Term Duration
All available subscription plans (1 month, 6 months, or 12 months) are provided without long-term contracts and without automatic recurring charges. Upon expiration of the selected period, no recurring billing occurs. Term renewal requires an explicit request by the user.
3. Credential Delivery & Activation
Configuration parameters (server URL, username, password, or M3U playlist link) are delivered electronically upon confirmation of your order. Our support team is available to assist you with configuring your compatible player.
4. Technical Requirements & Disclaimer
High-definition streaming (HD, Full HD, 4K) requires a reliable internet connection (recommended download speed of at least 15 to 25 Mbps for 4K streaming). Firewonder TV is not liable for performance issues resulting from insufficient local internet bandwidth or incompatible hardware.
